This blogging is an experiment--and a new experience--for me. The title is from Jeremiah 29:11,"For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We will see where this blog takes me. It will include our family, literature, leisure activities, something about our work, food and recipes, and the day-to-day ruminations of a mature wife, mother, grandmother, and retired educator. It will be hopeful with an eye toward the future.
